黄河 唐克

I’m a research scientist at Apple. I work on information visualization and interactive systems for data science and machine learning.

I received my Ph.D. from the Department of Computer Science, University of California, Santa Barbara, where I worked with Prof. Tobias Höllerer in the Four Eyes Lab. I received my bachelor degree from Peking University in 2013, where I worked in PKU Visualization and Visual Analytics Group as an undergraduate research assistant advised by Prof. Xiaoru Yuan.

My research interests are information visualization, machine learning, and virtual / augmented reality. Specifically, I have been working on visualization tools (e.g., Charticulator) and libraries (e.g., Stardust). I’m also interested in machine learning and have worked on interactive performance visualizations for diagnosing machine learning models.
